Bossong’s custom manufacturing capabilities and best-in-class quality assurance are functions of the ‘state-of-the-art’ knitting equipment operated by management and personnel with vast experience in the space, consistent with ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations.

  • Approximately 275 knitting machines capable of producing up to 400,000 pairs of graduated compression, sheer hosiery, socks, seamless inner and outerwear, and more on a weekly basis.

  • State-of-the-art knitting equipment consists of reciprocating Lonati and Sangiacomo graduated compression machines, Lonati and Matec 400 needle machines, Sangiacomo 200 needle machines, Lonati 168 needle machines with Closed Toe capabilities, and Large Diameter Santoni seamless machines.
